The elegant emotions of the moonlight

The Chardonnay grapes of this Franciacorta come from our best vineyards located towards Lake Iseo and benefit from its microclimate.

The pressing is done in a soft way and the fermentation in barriques gives the wine elegance, finesse and notes of vanilla. The straw color varies in shades according to the vintage.

On the nose, hints of tropical fruit, acacia and lime. In the mouth, a pleasant sensation of silkiness. Ideal combinations are delicate first courses, fish and white meats.
