Produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes harvested at the right degree of ripeness to enhance its quality.

The fermentation of the base wine takes place initially in steel, to be completed in small wooden barrels (barriques) for a period of 6/7 months until the draft.

Maximum expression of the territory, Franciacorta satén has a generously creamy froth with a very fine and persistent perlage that for grace and kindness could be recommended to ladies not accustomed to wine consumption.

Sapid and at the same time fresh and harmonious, it is ideal for the whole meal but enhances its virtues with baked pasta, risotto delicatie and seafood from the lake.

Franciacorta produced without the use of exogenous sugars from phenolically ripe grapes.
