Produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes harvested at the right degree of ripeness.

After pressing, the skins remain in contact with the must for about three hours, giving it the typical pink color that distinguishes it.

Fermentation takes place in thermo-conditioned steel tanks in which maturation, for about 7 months, will allow for optimal base wines for the draft.

Pinot noir gives this wine body and structure without neglecting the typical floral scents and aromas (red fruit) to allow it to be used throughout the meal at a serving temperature of 7 ° C.

Franciacorta produced without the use of exogenous sugars from phenolically ripe grapes.
