Produced with Chardonnay grapes and a small part of Pinot Noir after fermentation in the bottle, it is aged on the lees for a period of no less than 36 months, acquiring aromas, intense aromas and a very fine perlage of unmistakable quality.

The hand-picked grapes, with selection of the best bunches and a right balance between acidity and sugars distinguish the harvest allowing its elevation to Millesimo.

Harmonious wine, with backbone, it must be served at a temperature of 7 ° C in flutes that enhance its peculiarities as a worthy companion to delicate first and second courses.

Franciacorta produced without the use of exogenous sugars from phenolically ripe grapes.
