Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 20-22°C, followed by a maturation on the fine lees in stainless steel vats and 500-litre French oak barrels for 11 months, with frequent bâtonnage. The wine is cellared for 12 months after bottling.

Ageing potential: 6 – 10 years
Serving temperature: 11° C

Food Pairing: Groper with sage sauce, oyster au gratin

We started from an idea of pureness, 100% Friulano, but we will continue calling it with its old name. Our purpose is to concentrate only on two elements: environment and grape variety.
We focussed on the pureness of the fruit, letting aside all the techniques which make wines develop in a “forced” way.
His name recalls the typical Friulian habit to describe with one word only even customs and traditions.
