F de Formentera is a gin with a strong Mediterranean character that is produced entirely on the island of Formentera, the smallest of the Balearic Islands. It has a very exclusive flavor, it is also turquoise blue like the beaches of Formentera.

PROCESSING

The basic alcohol is obtained from several distillations of grains, until an adequate alcohol content is found. During distillation, different botanical ingredients such as juniper, aromatic herbs such as thyme and rosemary, citrus peel such as orange, fig among others are mixed to create that exclusive bouquet.

TASTING NOTE

Crystal clear but pale turquoise color that represents the waters of the beaches of Formentera. On the nose we find complex aromas where a background of citrus and herbaceous notes predominates. In the mouth we have a powerful and full-bodied attack. On the palate we continue to find citrus and herbaceous notes that give us a refreshing sensation.
