IN THE VINEYARD: Organic farming with biodynamic practices
HARVEST: Hand picked in plastic crates with careful selection of the bunches,

of 70 Hl stainless steel, contact with skins - must from two to three weeks, control of the

After racking immediately in 33% new French oak barrels, 33% of second passages,
33% of third passage .. Daily batonnage until the first racking. After about 9 months of
maturation in wood the wine without the help of fining agents and without tartaric precipitations comes
bottled and after 6 months of aging it is released for consumption
