Serving temperature: 7° C.
Denomination: Brut Sparkling Wine.
Color: Shiny Straw yellow with green.
After a very gentle pressing, the must is separated from skins after about one hour. Fermentation is at controlled temperature. The still wine is settled until end December early January then decanted. The following maturation is in french oak barriques and the second fermentation is made using the sugar naturally coming from the grapes. Is a perfect companion for Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese our salami is an ideal aperitif.
