Fragrant, cheerful and carefree, our zero-dosage Spumante is made with Turbiana grapes, our native vine.
Grapes so rich in fixed acidity made us think about the production of a classic method.
After a stop on the lees in the bottle for at least 24 months, the sparkling wine comes to life in expressions of great finesse.
Fine and continuous perlage, golden yellow color with golden reflections is how it appears to us in the glass. The nose is fragrant, with notes of biscuits, bread and fresh fruit.
The silky and creamy carbonic makes room for acidity that stimulates salivation by returning the biscuit and hazelnut notes. Ideal for an aperitif but also for the whole meal, it is capable of showing all the versatility of a classic method.
Excellent on freshwater fish, during the entire libation, cold white meats and summer salads.
