Vinification: at a controlled temperature in steel tanks using punching and pumping over
Aging: 15 months in 225 liter oak barrels, at least 6 months in glass
Color: intense ruby red
Bouquet: floral and red and black fruit notes, with hints of sweet spices
Taste: Full, elegant, persistent with well balanced tannins
Pairings: soups, pastas, risottos, meats, cheeses
