Pinot Grigio is part of the large family of noble Burgundy grapes and is certainly one of the most famous vines in Italy. In the subalpine climate of Alto Adige, Pinot Grigio develops a strong aroma, an important structure and great character.

Vinification: soft pressing of the selected grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the wine

Bouquet: notes of apple and pear, honey and nuts
