The Lugana DOC Pruviniano Collection embodies the properties and distinctive elements that best represent the microclimate and mineral characteristics of the soil in which its grapes are grown. It is a wine capable of combining verticality and structure without sacrificing the characteristics of minerality and flavor that distinguish it. Excellent both as an aperitif and to accompany lake fish dishes.

PAIRING: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with rich appetizers and seafood first courses. It is also excellent with first courses of Mediterranean cuisine based on vegetables.

TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow with greenish reflections at sight. The nose comes with a fine, sweet scent characterized by delicate notes of white pulp fruit and slightly floral scents.
