The White Oak Distillery, founded in 1888 by Eigashima Shuzo, produced classic sake until 1984, when it was expanded with the addition of whiskey stills. The stills of the distillery only work for one month a year so the amount of whiskey produced is always very small.

Intense amber yellow color with vivid coppery reflections, on the nose it is striking with sweet and spicy notes of cinnamon, caramel and toffee, hints of black pepper and sweeter tones of vanilla, with candied orange peel in the background.
