DISTILLATION Craft distillation in Stupfler alembic. The alcohol used comes from grapes. Maceration for 48 hours, reduction from 1 to 2 months.

COLOR Transparent

BOUQUET The nose is complex, first the citrus notes (kumquat) and fresh pear emerge, then the spicy ones (Szechuan pepper and anise). In the finish, white flowers, blueberry and a hint of walnut stand out.

PAIRINGS Ideal for classic cocktails or original creations. Perfect in combination with Fentimans Indian Tonic Water

TASTE On the palate it is silky and generous with a beautiful complexity marked by vegetal notes, licorice roots, pear then aromas of clementines and candied mandarins. A nice length in the mouth with a mentholated and aniseed final touch.

NOTES Anaë Gin is an organic and artisanal distillate, created by Pauline Raffaitin with the collaboration of Maison Bollinger. Distilled in Charente, in its recipe it enhances certified organic botanicals grown in France: among these there is also Maceron, an ancient plant called marsh pepper, which gives a unique aromatic depth to Gin. The use of grape alcohol is another of the characteristics that distinguish this distillate. Anaë is a fresh and subtle Gin, delicately citrusy and spicy.

INGREDIENTS Juniper berries, Maceron berries (marsh pepper), lemon thyme, lemon verbena, chamomile, cornflower, coriander seeds, fenugreek.
