Soft whole national figs stuffed completely by hand with fresh lemon peel and almonds, steamed and covered with extra dark chocolate 60% cocoa. The chocolate contains a percentage of Grand Caraque with a bitter aftertaste, ideal for contrasting the sweetness of the fig and giving the product an excellent balance of flavors.
INGREDIENTS
Dried figs, 40% dark chocolate coating (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter), emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavor: vanilla. Minimum 60% cocoa, almonds, lemon zest, cinnamon, sugar.
