This is how Elio Carta describes the new Bomba Carta, the last born of his creations, which combines an ironic and powerful name with an impressive packaging. The bitter from the Silvio Carta distilleries in the province of Oristano comes from the union of native herbs and strawberry tree honey. It is precisely the latter that makes Bomba Carta unique "in terms of organoleptic experience, because despite being velvety it makes the final result balanced and round without falling into excess - Elio Carta remarks - but also because there is no other bitter with this ingredient. . I took a risk, but it's worth it and what I find today in the bottle satisfies me ”. Carta has always had the goal of creating products that have the identity of the region. First there was Cardus, the single-product bitter based on thistle roots, and then the one with Helichrysum. "Both played on a single soul - notes the master distiller - and were good, but extreme: either you loved them or you hated them. Bomba Carta, on the other hand, is the result of the intricate dance between santolina, hypericum, helichrysum, thyme, mugwort and obviously bitter honey, which we only have here in Sardinia. It was an artisanal and risky operation, but this bitter is a bomb ".
