Chardonnay, originally from France, has been cultivated in Alto Adige for over 100 years. The vines that grow on the warm soils around Bolzano give life to an elegant wine with well-balanced acidity and exotic aromas. Chardonnay variety

Production area hot and dry soils in the surroundings of Bolzano between 350 and 500 m above sea level.

Harvest from mid to late September

Vinification: soft pressing of the selected grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the wine

Characteristics

Color: light straw yellow with golden reflections

Bouquet: exotic notes of pineapple, mango and melon

Taste: elegant, fresh and with a balanced acidity

Perfect wine pairing for an aperitif, paired with appetizers, fish, light or vegetarian dishes
