Cultivation area on the warm, steep porphyry slopes of the Renon above Bolzano at 550 m above sea level.
Harvest mid-September
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation and refinement in barriques and tonneaus, further maturation in the bottle.
Characteristics Color: intense straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: intense fruity notes, gooseberries, elderflowers, aromatic herbs, refined wooden scents
Taste: full, robust and harmonious with well-balanced acidity
