TASTING:
At sight: it appears intense pink in color with lovely raspberry reflections and reveals numerous rows of bubbles, one as fine as the other.
Nose: The nose is delicate and fresh. We find notes of red fruits. The attack is frank and pleasant, the lightness of the effervescence brings a nice creaminess.
Mouth: On the palate we find the aromas of the nose with pronounced notes of raspberry and strawberry jam.
The finish is very delicate, we find honeyed and floral aromas to finish with a touch of savory freshness bringing all the balance of this beautiful vintage.

TASTING:
Serve between 7°C and 10°C.

Perfect to accompany your meats, cured meats or creamy cheeses.

It will pair perfectly with the savory character of a seafood dish or fish in sauce.

“The history of our estate is above all that of Pierre Brigandat, a banker passionate about viticulture, who knew how to adapt to combine his personal ambitions with his professional life. This is the story of my father, for whom creating a winery was a way to establish himself and surpass himself personally. The Pierre Brigandat estate was born in 1961, in the heart of the small village of Channes, 45 km south of Troyes.

Like my father before me, my passion for champagne has become a true vocation. Since 2002 I have taken over the reins of the estate then, since 2013, I have been accompanied by Cendrine, my wife, with the aim of developing the production and marketing of Pierre Brigandat champagnes.

With rigor and passion we cultivate two noble vines: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, in an 8-hectare wine estate. Respecting the environment (land worked with the plow since 2002) and people. We constantly seek to honor our values through the design of exceptional products, designed in a rich and generous territory.

Artisanal winemaker since the creation of the estate, we design our champagnes with the help of our employees and seasonal workers, from working in the vineyards to marketing the bottles.

Since quality begins with the precision of the gesture, we monitor every stage of the design of our wines. The work in the vat room is marked by a constant search for improvement. We age our wines in vats and oak barrels, to offer you a variety of flavors that meets the most gourmet expectations.

Today there are 7 champagnes and a Coteaux Champenois that you can find on our online shop or directly in the cellar, during a tasting.
