Crus: a blend of all our available vintages

Vinification: 1st alcoholic fermentation only in thermoregulated vats followed by malolactic fermentation then assembled with reserve wines stored in temperature-controlled vats​

Aging: blend of two years of harvest and aging for 18 to 24 months

Dosage: 7.5 g/L

light gold colour, fine and dense bubbles

superb and round mouth with aperitif softness
