DESCRIPTION

With predominantly Pinot Meunier grapes and small percentages of Pinot Noir, both coming from the Marne Valley. It is a pleasant and fresh wine, a good bubble suitable for many occasions.

EYE:
Brilliant, straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage.

SMELL:
Intense, complex and fine, notes of apple, bread crust and hazelnut.

TASTE:
Dry, quite warm, not very soft, fresh and tasty, good persistence with a pungent bubble.

COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, it looks great next to a warm seafood salad.
