The Cuvée 'La Réserve' is 100% Chardonnay, classified Grand Cru. This batch of wine is harvested in the famous and unique vineyards of the "Côte des Blancs".

The wine is aged for a minimum of 3 years in our cellars and produced as "Brut". The low dosage gives it a perfect balance and a pleasant freshness.

Thanks to its delicacy and its citrus scent, this wine will be savored with unparalleled pleasure as an aperitif.

THE CELLAR:

Aude Vauban-Menuel, after the death of Denis Bonnet, is managing the cellar with attention and sensitivity, also allowing Denis's daughter to enter the company smoothly. Carla.

The path to follow is linear: without technical errors in the cellar, focusing attention on the expressions of the different proprietary vineyards worked with passion and dedication.

In fact, the estate can count on vineyards in privileged places: we are talking about Oger, Avize, Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger and Vileneuve.
