in Borgonato di Corte Franca, Torbiato di Adro and Provaglio di Iseo.

Vineyard exposure and altitude
South / South-East; 250 m above sea level, in the heart of the morainic amphitheatre.

Surface
From a selection of the 55 hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc and the 5 hectares of Pinot Noir.

Soil type and conformation
Moraine origin, III Ice Age, sandy calcareous soil. Controlled surface grassing.

Microclimate
Sub-Alpine/Mediterranean; proximity to Lake Iseo.

Harvest
Manual collection in boxes.

Winemaking
Soft pressing of whole grapes with pneumatic presses.
Natural cold sedimentation.
First fermentation in stainless steel tanks; constant temperature control.
Long stay on fine lees with frequent pumping over.
Plot vinification in single steel tanks,
refinement in the tank until assembly e
draft in the spring following the harvest.

Refinement
Minimum 40 months on the yeasts.

Color: bright straw yellow with golden reflections.
Perfume: perfect combination of the elegance of Chardonnay,
richness of Pinot Blanc and vigor of Pinot Noir;
citrusy, exceptionally elegant with a fresh mineral note.
