HOW TO SERVE IT
Serve at 16-18 ° C

VINIFICATION
A wine produced from vineyards located at 200, 300 and 450 meters above the sea level, with a different exposure. The production area is in Castelnuovo dell'Abate, in the valley of the Orcia river. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in containers of 15-20 kg. The yield is 30-35 quintals per hectare. After ripening, they are immediately subjected to a rigorous selection process. The vinification takes place after spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels.
