1 BOTTLE X 75cl.

"Cristal is an evolving wine, which unfolds slowly and gradually as it ages, each time revealing a different side of itself and its personality." — Frédéric Rouzaud, President and CEO

THE CONTINUITY OF THE PLACE
A perfect reflection of its terroir, Cristal comes from vineyard plots slowly brought together since 1845 and worked sustainably as part of a bespoke viticultural approach. Practices include mass selection, gentle pruning, the use of biodynamic compost and long fallow periods. Louis Roederer also uses methods inspired by the principles of permaculture, in which the ecosystem regulates its own balance by creating a close link between Man and Nature.

A WINE OF TERROIR
The identity of the Cristal is unique and is part of the history of the great champagnes. It is a wine of terroir and depth, turned towards the light, which soars towards the sky and seems to almost reach it.

Each new vintage reveals the unmistakable character of Cristal, albeit through multiple facets, a kaleidoscope of flavors and textures. A palette of nuances that is constantly renewed to the delight of enthusiasts, surprised but happy to discover it in a new light.

THE CONCENTRATED ESSENCE OF A SPECTACULAR VINTAGE
Perfectly in line with the continental trend of the decade, the 2015 vintage gave wines that were more ripe and structured than ever, complemented by an insolent freshness guided by these white soils. The purity of chalk manifests itself, revealed by the Maison's gentle and virtuous viticultural practices, offering an ideal symbiosis between maturity and freshness.

"Search for excellence, purity, balance: Cristal vibrates in unison with its terroir and is its perfect echo." — Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon, Cellar Master
