Grape variety: 45% Pinot Meunier 55% Pinot Noir

Cru: Villers sous Châtillon, Le Breuil, Reuil, Binson-Orquigny

Vinification: 1st alcoholic fermentation only in temperature-controlled vats followed by malolactic fermentation and subsequent blending with reserve wines stored in temperature-controlled tanks. And in oak barrels.

Aging: blending of two or three different harvests followed by aging in the cellar for 48 to 54 months

Specificity: a wine without any addition of liquor which may surprise, but very pleasant for amateurs or people looking for new experiences

Dosage: any addition – zero dosage

Frank and deep golden color, with lively and continuous effervescence

Round and frank, composed of white fruits, citrus fruits and toasted almonds

Lively, broad and fleshy, it expresses great freshness with slightly citrus notes and a saline touch on the finish

Champagne perfect for an aperitif and ideal in the summer.
