Grape variety: 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay

Crus: Reuil, Le Breuil, Neuville sur Seine, Verneuil, Châtillon sur Marne, Avenay Val d'Or

Vinification: 1st alcoholic fermentation only in thermoregulated vats followed by malolactic fermentation and blending with reserve wines stored in thermo-conditioned tanks and oak barrels.

Aging: assembly of two-three different harvests and subsequent storage in the cellar for 36 to 44 months

Specificity: The bottle is silk-screened on transparent glass to be able to admire the pink colour. The white wine is identical to the Prestige Brut. To get the rosé color, we do it with a combination of up to 8-11% red wine and white wine. The red wine is vinified by us with Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir harvested in old vineyards (>50 years)

Dosage: 5.6 g/L –

Beautiful salmon pink color with bright rosé and thin, abundant bubbles

Acidic with notes of “English sweets” and exotic fruits

Intense, lively and balanced mouth

PAIRING:
At the end of the meal with guinea fowl, light game or fish, but also with red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry.
