Soft yeast dough without raisins, orange and candied citron.

Ingredients: type 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), pasteurized fresh egg yolks (11.60%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), acacia honey, ground coffee (1 , 20%), sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, powdered vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: mascarpone cream (14.00%) (sugar, water, fresh whole milk, dextrose, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, mascarpone (milk cream, acidity regulator: citric acid) powdered cream, oil coconut, high oleic sunflower oil, flavorings, thickeners: pectin E440 ii), milk chocolate (cocoa min.40%) and dark chocolate (cocoa min.53%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring, hazelnuts, whole and skimmed milk powder, whey powder), alcoholic coffee flavoring.
