Ingredients: WHEAT flour type 0 and 00, fresh BUTTER (16.60%), fresh pasteurized EGG yolks of category A (11.60%), water, sugar, natural yeast for refreshment (GLUTEN), acacia honey, sea salt, MILK powder, BARLEY malt, vanilla pods powder from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

Filling: candied apricot cubes (20.00%) (apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sifted sugar, acidifier: citric acid).

Glaze: egg white, sugar, ALMONDS (16%), HAZELNUTS, rice flour, corn starch, high oleic sunflower oil and almond essential oil, sugar grains and amaretto grains (3%) (sugar, WHEAT flour type "0", powdered EGG white, apricot kernels, corn starch, flavouring).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at a temperature above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible as it does not contain preservatives.
