Filled with candied pears, vanilla flavored ricotta cream and hazelnut biscuit cubes.

Naturally leavened baked artisan product.

Soft yeast dough without raisins, orange and candied citron.

Ingredients: type 0 and 00 soft wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), pasteurized fresh egg yolks (11.60%), sugar, water, natural yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt , powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: candied pears (17.50%) (pears, white sugar, glucose syrup, water), ricotta cream (14.00%) (water, sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, ricotta powder (10.00 %), high oleic sunflower oil, natural flavors, salt, colors: calcium carbonate), vanilla alcoholic food flavoring (0.20%).

Coating: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), ricotta cream, hazelnut biscuit cubes (toasted Italian hazelnuts, fresh pasteurized eggs, sugar, starch potatoes), candied pears, cocoa butter.
