Naturally leavened oven baked product.

Soft leavened dough without raisins, orange and candied citron.

Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), pasteurized fresh egg yolks (11.60%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, Bourbon Islands and Tahiti vanilla powder.

Filling: Marasche in Luxardo syrup (13%) (candied cherries and Marasche syrup), Maraschino flavored custard (glucose syrup, sugar, water, dextrose, skimmed powdered milk, butter, egg yolks, vanilla pods from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti, Original Luxardo Maraschino 70% (1.96%), pectin).

Covering: Marasca cherries in Luxardo syrup (6%), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), maraschino scented custard, vanilla alcoholic food flavouring.
