Ingredients: Type 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (Cat. "A" 11.60%), water, sugar, natural refreshment yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla bean powder from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

Filling: Milk chocolate (min. 40% cocoa solids) and dark chocolate (min. 53% cocoa solids) (34.00%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring, hazelnuts, whole and skimmed milk powder, whey powder), orange paste (orange peel, glucose syrup, water, sugar).

Covering: Pastry cream (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, alcoholic vanilla flavoring, butter, egg yolks, vanilla beans from Bourbon and Tahiti, pectin), milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and gianduja chocolate.

INSIDE THE BOX YOU WILL FIND A PIPING BAG OF HAZELNUT CREAM (NET WEIGHT 120 G).
