Artisanal, naturally leavened baked product.

Soft leavened dough without raisins, candied orange and citron, filled with limoncello custard and PGI Amalfi Coast lemon peels, covered with white chocolate and lemon chocolate shavings.

Ingredients: Type 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11.60%), water, sugar, natural refreshment yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

Filling: Limoncello custard (27.50%) (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, Limoncello alcoholic food flavoring (1.25%), butter, egg yolk, pectin), candied Amalfi Coast PGI lemon peels (16.9%) (we use 1400 g of "Amalfi Coast" PGI lemons for every kg of finished product) (Amalfi Coast PGI lemon peels, sifted sugar, glucose syrup, water), lemon essential oil.

Coating: White chocolate and lemon chocolate shavings (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring, coloring: carrot extract), Limoncello custard.

Contains gluten, milk, eggs, and soy.
