Ingredients: 00 and 0 wheat flour, fresh butter (12,50%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (10,50%), sugar, water, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, barley malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti.
Stuffing: candied pears (18,10%) (pears, sugar, glucose syrup, water), ricotta cheese cream (14,00%) (sugar, water, glucose syrup, dextrose, ricotta cheese (10,00%), sunflower oil, natural flavourings, salt, stabilizer: pectin, colouring: titanium dioxide), alcoholic pear flavouring, alcoholic rhum flavouring (0,20%).
Covering: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifer: soya lecithin, natural vanilla aroma), ricotta cheese cream, biscuit cubes with hazelnuts (toasted Italian hazelnuts, pasteurized fresh eggs, sugar, potato starch), cocoa butter, candied pears, alcoholic pear flavouring.
