Soft leavened dough with candied oranges, mandarins, and Amalfi Coast PGI lemons, and an almond and hazelnut glaze. The box includes a piping bag of limoncello custard.

Ingredients: Type 0 and 00 soft wheat flour, fresh butter (12.20%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (Cat. "A" 10.2%), water, sugar, natural refreshment yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

Filling: orange peel (16.3%), mandarin oranges (6.20%), and PGI Amalfi Coast lemons (3.7%) (we use 298g of PGI Amalfi Coast lemons per kg of finished product) (orange peel, PGI Amalfi Coast lemons, mandarin oranges, sugar, glucose, water).

Glaze: sugar, almond flour, rice flour, ground toasted hazelnuts (7%), sunflower oil, ground egg white, natural flavors, corn starch, vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

INSIDE THE BOX YOU WILL FIND A PIPING BAG OF LIMONCELLO CREAM (NET WEIGHT 120g).

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, Limoncello alcoholic food flavoring (1.25%), egg yolk, pectin.
