Stuffing: candied strawberries (22,80%) (strawberries, sugar, glucose syrup-fructose, acidifier: citric acid), custard scented with “Strega Alberti” liqueur (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, “Strega Alberti” liqueur (2,10%), egg yolks), vanilla pearls from the Bourbon and Tahiti islands.
Covering: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavouring), custard scented with “Strega Alberti” liqueur, liqueur “Strega Alberti”, pink chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, buttermilk powder, lactose, soy lecithin, vanilla natural flavor, natural food colouring: carrot extract).
