Ingredients: 00 and 0 wheat flour, fresh butter (13,00%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11,90%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti.
Stuffing: candied orange cubes (26,80%) (orange cubes, white sugar, syrup of glucose).
Glaze: sugar, egg white, Italian almonds (2,00%), grains of hazelnuts, wheat flour type 00, sunflower oil, corn flour, corn starch and grains of sugar.
