Ingredients: Type "0" and "00" wheat flour, category "A" eggs and egg yolks (7.20% yolk), fresh butter (21.90%), candied mandarin cubes (7.0%) (mandarin peel, glucose-fructose syrup), natural refreshment yeast (gluten), sugar, cocoa butter, acacia honey, barley malt, milk, sea salt, Bourbon and Tahitian vanilla pearls (0.1%).

Inside the box you will find a piping bag of zabaglione cream (net weight 90 g).

Zabaglione cream ingredients: "Marsala DOP wine" 17% vol (24.4%), glucose syrup, egg yolk (18.8%), sugar, sweetened condensed milk, fresh butter, 70% vol alcoholic vanilla flavoring, pectin, Bourbon and Tahitian vanilla beans.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible as it contains no preservatives.
