Ingredients: Type "0" and "00" wheat flour, category "A" eggs and egg yolks (5.20% yolk), fresh butter (20.20%), natural yeast (gluten), sugar, cocoa butter, acacia honey, barley malt, fresh brewer's yeast, sea salt, vanilla pearls from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.
Inside the box you will find a piping bag of hazelnut cream (net weight 90 g).
Hazelnut spread ingredients: sugar, hazelnuts (25%), sunflower oil, vegetable oils and fats (high oleic sunflower, cocoa), low-fat cocoa, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, and sea salt.
Storage: Before enjoying, it is recommended to keep the pandoro at a temperature of approximately 25°C for a few hours. It is best to consume the product as soon as possible, as it contains no preservatives. Inside the box you will find a sachet of vanilla sugar to sprinkle on the product before eating.
