Rum Doorly is distilled at the Foursquare distillery in Barbados.

To the eye appears a beautiful bright and intense amber color.

Deep hints of tropical fruit, caramel and tobacco can be perceived on the nose.

Amazing on the palate, deep and decisive with a long persistence.

Foursqure is one of the best distilleries in the Caribbean.

They produce rums with particular stills that reduce the temperature required for boiling, thus avoiding "ruining" the rum during distillation.

Martin Doorly was a Bridgetown merchant who became a bottler at the beginning of the 20th century thanks to the Rum Duty Act.

His Doorly's Macaw Rum became the first rum of Barbados to be exported.
