TYPE Rum " Chairman's Reserve "

PRODUCTION AREA: Roseau Valley St. Lucia

RAW MATERIAL: Molasses

DISTILLATION: Union of rum distilled with continuous and discontinuous method.

COLOUR: Dark amber

BOUQUET: Cooked banana, caramelized fruit, oak and vanilla.

TASTE: Well balanced on the palate with notes of chocolate, raisins, tobacco and cloves. The is long and creamy.

NOTES: St Lucia Distillers' philosophy is based on innovation and quality. Authenticity tradition refined experimentation in distillation techniques allow you to create some of the best blends of Rum in the world.

AGEING: Separated by lot and type of distillation in ex Bourbon barrels, after mixing the rum rests in oak barrels for a further 6 months.
