Ingredients: 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (13,30%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11,10%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti.
Stuffing: orange peels (17.10%), mandarins (6.20%) and lemons (3.10%) (orange peels, lemons, tangerines, sugar, glucose, water).
Glaze: sugar, egg white, hazelnuts (1,10%), white almonds, 00 wheat flour, cornmeal, meal starch, grain of sugar.
