The Colomba gianduja has a double leavening of more than 48 hours and is made only with live sourdough. In this new flavour, gianduja is the real protagonist. The structure, extremely soft, is covered with a glaze enriched with almonds and hazelnuts. The taste is truly delicate and elegant, but still decisive, and was designed for gianduja lovers. It is a very rich Colomba but extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the only use of high quality raw materials. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with the passion that has distinguished us since 1882.

Icing: sugar, egg whites*, almonds*, rice flour, almond flour*, sunflower oil. Store in a cool, dry place at max 20-22°C. *Allergen ingredients - May contain traces of nuts, soy and sesame.
