Panettone with Black Cherries, Lemon and Pistachios is a panettone with a double leavening of more than 48 hours, it is made only with live sourdough and is filled with tasty pitted black cherries that are still fresh, soft and juicy thanks to the candying that we do by hand, Lemon candied and crunchy Pistachios.

The structure is extremely soft, the taste perfectly matches the needs of the sweet tooth.

It is a very rich but extremely digestible panettone thanks to the long leavening and the use of high quality raw materials.

It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, since 1882.
