The grapes are immediately lightly pressed and the must is left in contact with the skins for a few hours. This is followed by careful pressing, the natural precipitation of the sediments and fermentation at a controlled temperature. all enhances the unique organoleptic characteristics of this wine.

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATION
Aperitif, shellfish, Asian cuisine and Gorgonzola cheese.

This Gewürztraminer confirms itself as a highly typical wine: bright and straw-colored, it has a good concentration and a pronounced aromatic vein, with spicy-smoked notes of dried flowers and roses that tend to expand and thicken in the glass.

The taste is dense and rich, with firm body, remarkable freshness and vivacity.
