Our way of doing it ... SPECIALTY WOOD AGED BEER
Intense brown in color with amber tones, limpid and flat. On the nose, malty notes of
caramel and fruit in alcohol, as well as typical connotations of the great Barley Wine. In
mouth, marked woody tones that soften in the notes of sultanas under alcohol and
soft hints of malt and chocolate. A very light astringency accompanies the body
warm and enveloping.
Pairings
Cream desserts and dry pastries, Pampepato, Sicilian cannoli, Dark chocolate,
Dried fruit.
