Pistachio and white chocolate, combined to give shape to a dove with an enveloping flavour.
The bright and bright green of its coating conquers the eye, also thanks to the crunchy pearls of white chocolate and the pralined pistachio grains that decorate it.

WHERE AND HOW CANNAVACCIUOLO DOVES ARE BORN
Inside the artisan production laboratory, a line of high quality doves was born. The doves of Chef Cannavacciuolo boast a leavening of 36 hours with 5 kneading steps and an artisanal manufacturing with manual "forming", in full respect of tradition. The patient preparation also includes 7 hours of rest upside down. Among the most prestigious ingredients are: egg yolk obtained from free-range hens, high quality butter, decennial sourdough and bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. The packaging, with attention to the smallest details, is done manually.
