Obtained from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, only the first flower of the pressing is used.
A maceration is carried out for a few hours to obtain the desired color, then part of the base wine ferments in barrique. The wine evolves for at least 54 months in contact with the yeasts before disgorgement.

Sensual, fruity and enveloping. It is a wine with a volcanic soul that seduces and fascinates with its romantic pleasantness and its uncontainable explosion of aromas.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Wine that presents itself with a lively and shiny color, pink has a more evident role than other vintages; the sense of smell releases a rich array of citrus fruits and juicy pulp fruit, pomegranate, pink grapefruit, blood orange. The fresh vintage also gives the palate a very lively acidity, it is juicy, the typical spices of the vine, black sesame, emerge more in the mouth, there is a delicate smoky note. Already excellent to drink, it will grow significantly over time; the consumer has a guarantee of durability over time.
