Here, in Teccognano, a fraction of Cortona, in the province of Arezzo, the Sabatini, a family very attached to this land, have decided to make this bond even closer, to raise, as it were, the degree of Tuscan gin. Using not only juniper but also a whole series of botanicals cultivated mainly in the family property and in the surrounding areas, to create an excellent London Dry Gin that brings with it the scents and suggestions of the Tuscan hills.

An act of love for their land, son of the Sabatini family's passion: Enrico, Filippo, Niccolò and Ugo. In 2015, with the foundation of Teccognano S.r.l., action was taken.

Always looking for the best, they contact Charles Maxwell, of Thames Distillers, one of the leading experts in the sector, heir to eleven generations of London distillers.

Maxwell, in collaboration with the Sabatini family, oversaw the choice of botanicals and their combination by creating a recipe that, respecting the rules of classic English distillation, also offers a sensory experience that immediately brings back to Tuscany.

Tuscan aromas for an international Gin
SABATINI GIN is a premium Gin of artisanal production in the distillation process and in the search for very particular specifications such as the presence of wild fennel in the aromatic mix.

There are nine botanicals of strictly Tuscan origin present in the SABATINI GIN: juniper, coriander, iris, wild fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, verbena and sage. Most of the botanicals are made up of spontaneous plants collected in the Sabatini properties in Teccognano on the hill of Cortona while juniper, renowned for its excellent quality, is collected in different areas of the region.
