Panda Gin's recipe translates from the love of high quality spirits and the need to create a totally new product.

It took months of research for the perfect combination of botanical flavors.

They analyzed the molecules of their ingredients, identified the flavor profile and defined which was the best distillation process.

This process allows you to precisely control the quality and flavor of the gin.

Some of the botanicals, such as the juniper berry, are pressed and macerated in basic alcohol before being transformed into an alembic.

They give depth and roundness, rich and candid flavors.

The infusion of lychee, cherry, orange peel and star anise, among others, gives the alcohol those fruity, vivid and rich notes.

The more delicate plants, such as rosemary and basil, are macerated separately. This allows the oils and flavor components to be removed from the plant material.

The plants are then filtered and added to the still, which ultimately imparts its herbaceous notes with the gin. They use a pot still from Pot Stills - known as alambics continus - to distill the recipe six times.

Panda gin contains 0% sugar. They also ensure that we preserve the individual qualities of the organic berries. The distillation process ends with the aid of a multi tray grinding column. This precise control allows the final recipe to be perfectly balanced.

They produce everything on site, from distillation to bottling. Since its creation in 2017, Panda Gin has never ceased to amaze professionals and amateurs alike.
